The Orange County Fairgrounds Preservation Society (OCFPS) is made up of volunteers.  OCFPS is dedicated to protecting the fairgrounds and preserving Orange County’s agricultural heritage.  We have had legal fees and direct expenses that are necessary to protect and preserve this OC Community Jewel.
